Branding - Information required for quote
Your logo in vector format (see "Which file format for logos in branding?"), item, color, and quantity.
Placement preferences are optional, but welcome. In any case, we will create several proposals for the size and placement of your desired embossing and work with you to find a good solution.
Bulk quantity stock items - Required information for quote
Item, color, and quantity. We offer tiered pricing for almost all products starting at 20 pieces (flat items) or 5 pieces (aprons, bags, accessories).
Custom production - Required information for quotation
For flat goods: color, quantity, dimensions. We request (hand-)drawn sketches or templates for irregular shapes.
For aprons, bags, accessories, or similar items: Ideally a dimensioned (hand-)drawn sketch. If that is not available, we can work with almost anything you have—as long as your vision can be understood from it.
Which file format should be used for logos in branding?
We require a file in vector format (.svg, .ai, .eps, .pdf...), in black and white.
Saving an image (.jpg, .png, ...) as a .pdf is not sufficient for this purpose.
We can handle the vectorization of your logo (converting image -> vector) upon request for a small flat fee.
Is custom one-off production with a special shape possible?
Yes. Especially with large-scale, simpler products like table runners, this is possible and common.
For smaller or more complex products such as aprons, bags, and accessories, custom-made individual pieces tend to be more expensive, but they are certainly feasible - an inquiry costs nothing!
Will I receive a preview of my product before production?
Yes, of course.
For logo customizations, we will provide several placement and size suggestions before production and work together to arrive at a design you are satisfied with.
For special shapes of flat goods, you will receive a drawing and/or a schematic preview for final confirmation.
For custom-made aprons, bags, and accessories, a production drawing will be created during the creation process and sent for approval.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can produce and send samples upon request and subject to availability.
Color samples are free of charge for our business customers.
Depending on the item and type of order, we may have to charge for our expenses even for samples, especially for complex products or custom-made items.
How long does production take?
Depending on stock levels, complexity of the project, workload, and order volume. The following are guidelines - you will receive an actual delivery date during order processing. In some cases, this may fall outside the examples listed.
- Stock items in bulk quantities without modifications: 3 days to 2 weeks from acceptance
- Personalized stock items with text: 3 - 7 days from acceptance
- Production of an embossing tool for logos: approximately 3 weeks from acceptance.
- Special colors: 2 - 12 weeks, depending on material.
- Special shapes for flat items: 3 days to 2 weeks
- Special shapes for aprons, bags, accessories: 2 - 12 weeks, depending on the order.
Do you issue VAT-exempt invoices?
Yes, for intra-Community supplies (important - no longer possible without a VAT ID since 2020).
